    From Rotoworld-

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello confirmed Thursday that discipline for Kenny Britt, who was arrested three times over the offseason, is "pending."
Britt said last week that he had not yet heard from the league but was expecting to shortly.

While none of his infractions have been serious in nature, Britt could face an early-season suspension as a repeat offender. His status for Week 1 may well be up in the air into September, as the NFLPA could appeal all discipline handed down for incidents that occurred during the lockout. A WR1 talent, Britt is still well worth drafting at his current late-sixth, early-seventh round ADP

Damn....was hoping he'd get off with the lockout situation

It's ok, Kenny doesn't answer his phone unless he recognizes the number. Goodell has no option but to let him play.

Oh believe me, the appeal will create a very interesting situation. The NFL sent a document to every player stating that until the lockout was lifted they were not considered employees of their team or the NFL. That's gonna be a pretty good argument imo.

I wasn't expecting him to play, I thought for sure Munchak would take action, but hopefully he's in there week-1.

Look at it this way; if he doesn't play against the Jags it's one more week he'll go without pulling his hamstring.

Does Goodell make decisions by deciding what fans, players and coaches want, then do the opposite!?!?

Kenny WAS NOT an employee of the Titans OR the NFL during the lockout. How can you suspend someone for something they did when they weren't an employee of yours?

I think Britt's hammy will bother him all year....he'll be questionable every game after not practicing during the week....pathetic that these guys get paid so much yet can't stay in shape
