Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt (neck/ribs) and linebacker Patrick Bailey (hamstring) were full practice participants on Wednesday after sitting out last Sunday’s game.

Titans coach Mike Munchak said both should be ready to play against Kansas City.

Six players did not practice on Wednesday: Quarterback Jake Locker (hip/knee), running back Shonn Greene (knee), defensive tackle Sammie Hill (ankle), defensive tackle Ropati Pitoitua (shoulder), tackle David Stewart (calf) and cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson (hamstring).

Munchak had hoped to have Hill and Greene back doing individual drills today, and said if they can’t do so Thursday, it’s unlikely they’ll play Sunday. Stewart is likely to return to practice on Thursday, while Pitoitua is expected to return Thursday or Friday.

Wreh-Wilson is improving, but remains uncertain for this weekend.

I don't know how to feel about Britt being back... The offense moved the ball without his drops or penalties Munch will probably start him

if Britt isnt hurt too bad and can show up and play well that would be AMAZING in helping Fitz. I dont get why Britt hasn't been able to box out and just go up and get the ball, even if he's not quite as fast, a la Boldin. I'm still hoping he shows up but cracked ribs aint helping.

Fitzpatrick might be the kind of spark Britt needs to get out of his slump. Another couple of bad drops though we'll have to drop down the pecking order.

Don't rule out Britt becoming productive this season. He needs to any many levels.

If Britt ever wants to dream of coming back here next year, this is the week if any for Britt to step up and get his shlt together.
