    wow and we let him run a int for a td llast year for over 50 yards now it all makes sense it was a pre retirement gift i didnt think there was any way matt hass could run that slow but now i get it

    Yeah I was wrong.

    I really don't think he would've retired if anyone would've signed him even as a backup. Not really sure why no one would be interested in him as a backup even if it's just for leadership/mentor reasons.

    I would've loved to have had him even if purely for the leadership. I doubt he would stand idly by if/when his teammates are dogging it. But I doubt he would've wanted to come to a bad team anyway. And like it or not, that's what we're viewed as for the most part.
