Brandon Barden’s DUI charge dismissed

    Wonder if cops get disciplined for stuff like that.

    On another note - I would think Barden would be on the chopping block this year, but we're not exactly deep at TE.

    How many TE's do we traditional keep? 3? I don't think he fits in with special teams that well...

    Practice squad guys make $6400 a week(my figure may be off a bit but it's in that ball park). Not sure what they get for camp/pre-season but it's not chump change. $6400 over 17 weeks is over $100K. Sorry, I don't believe half of this board makes over $100k. It's not millions but it's better than what most here make.

    Plus....Barden played in 3 games and got 3 game checks. Rookie minimum salary was $390K last year. So he got $68k just for 3 games on top of his 14 weeks of pay as a practice squad guy. He made more in 3 games than most do in a year here.
