    Idk why Alex hates Stevens. I don't think I've ever yelled at the tv at Stevens. he's always pleasantly surprising me

    It is the 3rd round pick to draft him and the abundance of fan love that I do not comprehend.

    But even our offensive coordinator said he's the kind of guy a lot of teams are searching for. He wasn't a reach like SenDerrick Marks, and Chris Henry. Plus, unlike those other guys I mentioned, Stevens can actually play.

    Stevens is a blocker only, he is not a receiver. Don't believe me then just look at his stats both in college and pro's and it confirms it.

    For some reason people think he is Lorenzo Neal/ Jason Witten and he's not.

    The 3rd round pick would be more acceptable had we not used a 2nd round pick on Cook the next season. I am opposed to drafting multiple TEs with high draft picks.

    I like to think of Stevens as an Erron Kinney mixed with a Steve Largent. Not the most athletic player, but a big bodied target (Kinney) who wont let you down (Largent).

    I was thinking more of a mix of Anthony Munoz and Jerry Rice, with Peyton Manning's preparation and Barry Sanders's agility.
