Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky CHICAGO - Wind is likely to be a factor today in the Titans game against the Bears. The Bears have announced the expectation is for cloudy skies with temperatures in the mid- to upper-30s with winds form thhe west at 16 m.p.h..

For a time here at Soldier Field, it appears to be blowing in one direction, but since then the flags on the uprights suggest it's swirling.

During warm-ups, Titans kicker Rob Bironas hit from 52 yards in one direction and from 54 yards in the other. He's just hit a few kicks to about the 10-yard line but slipped badly on one approach. He stretched his left leg after that spill, but doesn't appear injured.

Injury notes: Defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch (groin) is out, replaced in the starting lineup by Dave Ball. Linebacker Keith Bulluck (rib) will start.

For Chicago: Linebacker Hunter Hillenmeyer (thumb) is out and Nick Roach will start in his place. Receiver Brandon Lloyd (knee) is out and Devin Hester will start in his place. Kyle Orton (ankle) is designated as the third quarterback, with Rex Grossman starting and Caleb Hanie backing him up.
