Great for PS3 owners.

not really my kind of game, but i will have to at least check it out.

It's probably the best game so far. In my opinion at least. Not sure how anyone couldn't like it.

I'm quite happy about this.

If it does release I will definitely be getting it. Along with Mass Effect (another strongly rumoured release since EA bought Bioware).

2 things

1. several ports to the ps3 have not gone so well, as the 360 code was considered to be the template or "master"

2. this game has been available for PC for quite sometime, why wait and pay $60 for a game you can pick up tonight for $20 ?

Because some of us own a PS3 for gaming, and don't own PCs (I have a Mac) or don't have the right specs to support it. Simple as that. I welcome the port.

You mean the unofficial Bioshock 2 that has yet to be announced, let alone have a release date?

There is zero doubt Bioshock 2 will be multi platform now. It makes no sense whatsoever to release this now on PS3.

As for PC. I don't play games on PC (in fact I hate it). And it's easier to pop a disk in a console than installing, making sure you got the right specs bla bla bla.
