They need to fire that fat. pompous, egotistical, braggart of a head coach they have.

 

I'm not talking about philosophically.

I'm saying the dude is just going to stick around for years with no results (since 2010) and we're gonna keep asking why the hell is he still around.

I was honestly amazed he got another HC job immediately after getting fired from the Jets. I never felt like he did anything to get the Jets to be better than they were. He inherited a team that was playing really well under Mangini until Brett Favre's shoulder injury.

I guess all it takes sometimes is someone telling anyone who will listen how awesome they are and people start to believe it.

I doubt he even wants the nightmare task of trying to install a new offense mid season.

 

Don't need to come in and take over. Come in and install a few pieces. His run first offense could be integrated in.

 

I dont even know why there is a debate:

Roman wants money - Titans have money
Roman wants to coach football - Titans need a football coach
Titans suck , Titans suck less with Roman
