Big Question is what do we do at quarterback?

Funny, I liked that over Vince too. And the short passes. And the Screen passes. Wait a minute, I think the only thing Vince has is that he has the uncanny ability to get hurt after not being touched. He's got that on Collins.

 

You do realize that VY is going into his 4th year, and he was supposed to be a 3 year project? Remember, McNair didn't pan out until his 5th year, and even at the beginning plenty of people wanted him gone.

 

If Young isn't the starter going into next year I'll be very interested to see how he does in pre season to see if he's improved at all or if he's just the same old same old.

that game didnt assure nothing for vince young but the fact he wasnt playing in it because collins is the better quarterback. vince has ALOT to prove before he can lead this team again.

 

That's retarded. Kerry was 3-3 in playoff starts in his career coming into that game and had played in 2 conference championships and a superbowl.


Anyone who blames our QB for this loss is clueless. Kerry played great yesterday.

Where do you get that? Mcnair was a top 10 QB in his 2nd year as a starter.

The situation between mcnair and vince is so different because mcnair did not start for 2 years. In vince's first 2 years he had 28 starts!

 

agreed. We have seen way more of VY, good or bad, than we did of Mc9. Don't really know all the significances of this, but my suspecion is that it is not so good for VY

 

Vince needs to show obvious improvement next pre-season to have any shot.
