Didn't we see this a few years back when volek's head suddendly inflated after a few good games and he started his tour from nfl team to another and they all seemed to tell him to sit back and relax as he wasen't the calibur he thought he was and was an elite backup at best.

I feel this might also be the case with bennett.
He's a good guy and all but there's no way he can be the leading WR of any team in today's league. Here's a 29 yr old guy with avg speed who's ocassionaly sloppy and has avg/below avg hands.

Drew is an excellent #2 receiver at best and could be lethal when the defense's attention is diverted elsewhere.

The appreciation and future playing time he'll get at TN is the best he'll find anywhere in the league. Can anyone really imagine drew being the #1 receiver for any other team. If he wasen't a Titan and was a free agent on another team, would you want to bring him to TN and pay him the big money and make him our #1 receiver?

I wouldn't.. so how is this different.

I don't think he's going to ask for #1 money, I think he's going to ask for big #2 money. If Stallworth leaves Philly, I could see him there. I could also see him in Tampa, Buffalo, or several other places. It all depends how the money looks. It's a scary market for teams trying to keep their players this year.
