It's not so conservative these days. Gruden isn't afraid to take risks. They love to go for it on 4th down, employ a lot of fake punts (more special teams, than offense, I suppose), have WRs throwing passes (Sanu's 70+ yard TD throw against Washington), and are now designing a ton of 2-TE sets where he's got guys lining up all over the place. We also now have Giovanni Bernard which is the first RB we've had in years that actually has break-away ability. That should help considerably since he can catch out of the backfield and provide us with a new dimension. If anything, unpredictable, should sum this offense up pretty well. If not, then Gruden deserves to be canned, because he has all the weapons at his disposal.
