    Saints trade Ben Grubbs to Chiefs for a 5th rounder...

    WHY CAN'T THE TITANS MAKE A DEAL LIKE THIS?????

    Hes like 33. Why would we trade away future picks for a old guard? we're nowhere near a deep playoff run.

    Rotoworld says: "Grubbs was in danger of getting cut by the Saints due to his insanely-high $9.6 million cap number as he enters year four of a five-year, $36 million deal.Grubbs, a two-time Pro Bowler, will solidify it. He hasn't missed a start in three seasons as one of the league's better guards."

    We only have $45 million to burn so who cares if he cost us 9 million a year.

    But he's an easy upgrade for a 5th rounder. Could start for us for 3 years.

    yea, I would be upset if we made this deal. He's 31 and getting paid 9 million a year. That's crazy. We wont/cant spend 15-17 million on our RG spot. Hes also not that good anymore

    What we should have tried, is trading our #2 overall and Mett for Brees and Grubbs. Then sign Reggie Bush. Then draft Dorial Green-Beckham in round 2. Even add Jordan Cameron so we have 2 TEs that can play well.


    Sure our Defense would still suck but at least the O would be fun to watch.
