I have never seen a QB do more all by himself to help his team win a game than peyton manning.

And that powers kid from Auburn? One hell of a player!

Did anyone else think it was a bad spot? He looked like he clearly caught the ball past the 30 and the spot had the nose of the ball short of the 30.

I would not have made that call, but I think they had the first down on forward progress. On the other hand, he should have hit Welker who was a couple of yards deeper. Brady sometimes decides who he's going to before the snap and it cost them there...

Bad idea to go for it, bad spot, bad read...what else could go wrong? Will it be possible for Bill to get even chippier at a press conference?!?!?

I think moronic is an understatement. That's what happens when you believe all the crap and worshiping by the media is true. I wonder how his defense feels after this game.

But in the other end, I love it when the Patriots lose.

You are totally right. I believe he thinks that he will never make a mistake or dumb decision, at least as a coach I don't know him personally, so move like this are easy for him.

It is funny that another arrogant dweeb agrees with him, you should watch Merril Hoge defending that call.

I just read and article by Teddy Bruschi who is downright angry with Belicheat.

Just more evidence that we're dealing with the most egotistical man in the NFL. It was beyond illogical to go for it at that time at that part of the field.

It's not that hard to understand why he decided to go for it. The Pats D was worned out at end and judging by the last two drives, they weren't going to stop Manning from scoring yet again. On the other side, the Pats offense had an easy time against the Colts D for most of the game, so it's understandable why he decided to gamble with the offense.

Brady throwing to Faulk was a head scratcher, though. You'd think he'd try to go to Moss or Welker in such a critical situation.

I take Welker over Moss if given a choice. I'd gone to him if I went at all on that play.

I don't understand how you guys even justify going for it. Going for it on 4th and 2 on the 28 shouldn't even be an option.

If they made it and salted the game away after the first down everyone would be singing his praises. With that said, I'm glad it finally backfired on Belicheat for once, he does this BS every year and always gets away with it..finally bit him in the :grrr::grrr::grrr:.
