    I would think it would be a good "mix it up" kind of thing to shock the body out of a plateau. That's about the biggest benefit I can see to it.

    I bet it leads to some health concerns later down the road though. Back/joint problems due to people swinging them around.

    All of your posts on KB training is purely speculative and shows how little you know about it.

    Normal people doing KB workouts are great. They engage a ton of muscles and muscles are your bodies primary calorie burning furnace so to speak. The more muscles you engage the more calories you burn and Americans need to burn calories no offense.

    It has nothing to do with off balance strength WTH are you talking about? And it is a mixture of both cardio and resistance hardly strength based. If anything it is less strength based as that is what dumbells and barbells are for because you can use higher loads which leads to greater gains in muscular strength.

    Anything done improperly will eventually lead to injury. There is a proper way to use KB and improper way like anything else.

    Agreed, KB are just as much cardio as strength which is why I hate/love them so much. At the end of a work out you can be completely out of breath with a high heart rate, and also be sore the next day from it. And I am sure a lot of 'normal people' would benefit greatly from doing it. Sure beats the heck out of what most people do for working out, which is nothing.
