One armed though? It's essentially doing a power snatch with half your body weight. fWIW, when I did CF, I hated and love KB swings. If that makes sense. My best things were the Olympic lifts because I've been liftin since I was 14
Eugene reminds me of Pile from Full Metal Jacket. If he is our starting center, the first time he messes up in camp, the entire squad should beat him like the squad did in the movie. Bottom line, I hope that Pile is not our starting center.

I know what you mean. I hated KB swings with a passion, but I felt great when I finished.
I don't get normal people doing kettle bell workouts.
Makes no sense to me.
What's wrong with trying to stay in shape and be healthy?I only did them maybe once every 1 or 2 weeks combined with other workouts whether it be running or weight lifting etc, but KB workouts are a pretty good overall body workout.
It is an overall body workout, but it's merely for strength and does nothing else for you.
That's why NFL players do it- for off-balance strength and all. But i cant see what a normal person would get out of that.
