It's easy when he's your starting QB and he's earning 50 mil and playing like crap and you've already fired one offensive coordinator known for developing QBs.

What would you people like Vince to do? Move in with Dinger and his family? Stay in Nashville and work with his receivers that probably aren't even in town? He's doing something respectable with his down time, give the guy a break.

It's a fair assumption that Vince has a copy of the playbook and is studying it on a regular basis, not to mention working out daily, and that's about all he can do.

yep, and when football is taken away from him in the first pre-season game next year because he tears three ligaments in his knee, it will be ok, because he was at the off-season conditioning program.

FYI, there are no x's and o's being taught at these practices on the field, in fact, teams are not allowed to even practice 7-on-7 or team drills until OTAs. it's conditioning. nothing more. nothing less.

I would him to do the job he is paid to do which is be a top QB worthy of his pay and draft pick we invested.

And it is not fair to assume anything when he regressed in his scoring. But this is off thread-topic so I'll shut up.

Is it fair to assume he's sitting on his arse playing Madden all day and going to frat parties at night? Which seems to be what most of you are assuming.

My glass is half-full, so I give Vince enough credit as a man to assume that he's learning the playbook and working on his conditioning.

Does anyone think Young would have returned to college if he'd known he'd have a new OC this season?

Was today the deadline for BMW to get his fatness to a minimum?

I think he would have waited another year to go back had he known we were getting a new OC.
