I don't think he ever said it himself. The writer of this just thinks VY didn't want the advice but he was probably right.

That's just Sapp projecting, his woe is me, I don't get no respect from the kids stuff on the Collins/Young situation. There's nothing legit to see here.

Can't say much for Angels talk, but I happily endorse moving on from '08. It's done, its' been rehashed to death, and more talk won't change a thing. Let's go 09! Less than 40days to training camp.

This is definitely speculation, the only thing in it is that Sapp thinks that it's common knowledge that Vince didn't want Kerry's help/advice.
