    Rob Ryan is probably the best choice for the Raiders, but traditionally Al Davis goes for offensive guys.

    Davis is getting too extreme, I know he wants to see change, but he's driving coaches away. I'd say the raiders have little to look forward to as long as he keeps meddling....
