Great point. All that knowledge means nothing when he lets his ego dictate the fate of this team.

    Ditto.

I have few problems with his game-time decisions. I'd like to see a little more aggressiveness to prevent things like the MIA almost-comeback... but the stats tell the story. Fisherball works more than it doesn't.

But his personnel decisions have put us out of contention several seasons. This year was his worst decision making by far. We should have been a Super Bowl favorite.

I thought we should have went for it on the fourth and one when we were at the miami 40, and if we get that, the game is preety much over. I feel like going for it on 4th down, is telling your team your playing to win the game, and not afraid to put your defense on the field too.

I'm not one to dislike Fisher for going for it on 4th & 2 or stuff like that and missing. I understand decisions are made quickly and before the outcome is known, but I still scratch my head with his decisions leading up to those 4th & 2's. That's where my beef is with Fish. I think that's where everyone's problem with him is.

I have a lot of respect for Fisher. I think he's a very good NFL head coach.

That being said, he's made some significant mistakes/bad decisions this year. Not sure why. He's lost some ground with me, a die hard supporter, which is surprising.

That being said, he'd built up a lot of credibility before this season, and he's had several well coached games this season. It's the inconsistency that gets me.

I'm concerned, but I'd be more concerned about our chances of getting someone better if we started over.

Same here...I said it right when we sent Kern out onto the field. The decision looked even worse when the ball bounced into the endzone.

There were a number of plays that could have gotten us that 1 or 2 yards needed for the 1st and kept the drive going/milked the clock. Oh well.
