Tackle really isn't a need. Who would we even take? No thanks...will cost far too much. And we all know this franchise values draft picks.
If we did it would have to be for Blackmon, and he isn't worth what it would cost to get the pick, if your going after another reciever and are giving up that much, just trade 2 1sts and 2 2nds to the Lions for Megatron, at least you get the best reciever in football and it wouldn't cost that much more than geting the #3 pick would
The Lions would be insane to accept two firsts and seconds for Megatron. It would take almost that to move up from 20 to 3. It's not worth it.
You don't trade Megatron, period. And this is stupid. There have been so many years I've wanted us to trade up. This isn't one of them. Please just pick at 20.
Claiborne would be an option if we traded up. But at that cost, it would be hard not to justify staying put and snatching Kirkpatrick or Gilmore at 20.
No joke I was considering posting a thread about this JC because I've heard rumors. Again just rumors, but if we were to move up to 3 I think Claiborne would be the man. Big move and a lot to spend though. If we are to stay at 20, Kirkpatrick is really starting to grow on me.
I wouldn't want to trade up that high, but if Coples is still on the board around 9 or 10, I'd at least call to see what they want. I know he has his issues, but he's a beast when he wants to be.
