Quite frankly, I wouldn't trade our roster for theirs straight up.

I think the two teams are pretty even. Assuming we have some things pan out (Locker, the run game) we could easily be better than them this season.

Simply, no houston is not that much better than us.

Watt, Cushing and Reed are all legit. Joseph is pretty good and their o-line is good, I will give them that much. I'm not gonna be a straight up hater and say that last year was a fluke for them. They did however simply take advantage of our weak division.

I've said it from the beginning, I say it now and I will always say F*** the houston texans!

With Jake under center, CJ in great shape, adding Hutchinson, Wright and Wimbley, we are gonna own this division again.

That is the question. Who would you take if you had to bet your house and a years salary if a 100% healthy Titans team played a 100% healthy Texans team?

I think I would take the Titans if JL is the QB

Jake Locker > Matt Schaub (the choke artist)

Kenny Britt > AJ (yeah I said it)

CJ (with revamped OL) > Foster

    Munchak > Kubiak

    Titans > Texans

The Texans deserve all the respect they get.

Their starting QB missed 6 games and because of Lienart's injury they played 1/3 of their season with a 3rd string rookie.

Mario Williams missed the last 11 games.

    Also AJ missed 9 games.

10-6 was damn good all things considered. You folks did consider all things right?

Then you look at the fact they won a playoff game. It's one thing to get there but they won when they got there.

    JJ Watt WTF...

How in any way are they overrated?

Are you kidding? The Texans running game and defense are much better based on last year. If Schaub is such a choke artist why were the Texans 7-3 in games he started and finished?

Britt over AJ is just retarded. Britt is coming off of major reconstructive knee surgery and has been injury prone his whole career.

Isn't the Texans ability to make the playoffs despite major injury losses to 3 of their most valuable plays proof that a good defense and running game still wins in the nfl?

    Just asking...

Like AJ isn't injury prone? It seems like he and Schaub are hurt every year.

My point is, everyone is crowning them like they're already in the AFC Championship game. We were ONE game behind them last year. And we had our own set of setbacks: Kenny (NFL leader in WR yards through 3 games) was out with a season ending injury, our running game was non-existant, and ALL of our players had to adjust to a new HC, DC, and OC.

Their O-Line is scheme, plain and simple. They cut block like no other team in the league. It's effective. If you neutralize that, you neutralize their offense.
