Interesting write up from Sports Illustrated about building a dynasty in the NFL.
They dont mention the Ravens, but yea, them too.

Don't you think this is just a tad bit premature for a team that has never won a Super Bowl?

I was getting ready to say that,

Seattle is 38-26 since 2010, not very dynasty-like at all, but SI brought it up

They have a lot of young players to retain. Russell Wilson and Richard Sherman are playing for pennies right now. Earl Thomas is still under his rookie deal.

Those guys are fixtures, so they have to be paid. Should be interesting to see who else on the team doesn't get their money because those three definitely deserve it.

yeah, all they're missing is like 4 Super Bowl wins in the next decade!

That puts them in the same Dynasty class as the Cardinals, Browns, Titans, Lions, Vikings, Jaguars, Buccaneers, Raiders!

So far they are no more of a dynasty than the Eagles.

Raider had a bit of a dynasty in the late 70s -- early 80s. Vikings at least lost 4 Super Bowls which puts them ahead of the Seahawks at this point.

I remember when the Bucs won their Super Bowl. Players and penis sucking media were calling them a dynasty in the making. Talking about how many Super Bowls they would probably win with "Coaching genius" Chucky Gruden leading them on. They also complained about not being considered one of the greatest defenses of all time. The year before the Ravens won the Super Bowl and many argued they had the greatest defense of all time. Which offended Bucs players who felt their defense was better. Since the Ravens only won one Super Bowl and the Bucs were going on to win several.

The Bucs have pretty much sucked ever since. The next year they did not even make the playoffs. Man I hated that team. Bunch of dinks with an overrated coach.

This is a terrible poll BTW, of course they CAN. So by default everyone should be voting 'yes'.
