anything ever come from haynesworth investigation?

did the league ever pursue the tampering charges or were they never made?
i cant remember if this story just disappeared or if something actually came from it

I saw an article the other day that mentioned Goodell escalating the investigation, as Tampa and another team have been suspected of tampering with Al as well.
But I doubt anything will come of it. There just doesn't seem to be any definitive proof.

Whats the risk vs. reward here? If Washington is indeed guilty of tampering while Haynesworth was a Titan, what is the worst that can happen?

but goodell is worthless and i trust that whatever decision he makes will be very wrong

If I'm not mistaken, we'll only get 3rd round picks. But honestly, it's so hard to prove it that I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Tampa actually contacted Haynesworth before Washington did, so if anyone tampered it was Tampa if not both of them.

Tampa offered Haynesworth more money than the Redskins, but he turned it down so he could get the bigger media with Washington... obviously his agent tipped him on that because Fat Albert is not the sharpest tool in shed.
