I'm considering a switch from Verizon to Sprint. Anyone have any experience with Sprint?

Here. Coverage is fine up here. 4G network FINALLY got up here. We have the anytime plan, so don't worry about data.

I know when my wife had it near the Antioch area, about 10 years ago, her signal was spotty.

    It's ok...

I switched from Sprint to Verizon because Sprint had some ridiculous dead zones.

I'm talking like barely getting any signal in major cities in TN.

i'd rather deal with that than give Verizon my business

and yes I have Sprint, not enough issues to make me switch carriers

I see they have unlimited text and calls within network. I can't find anything which says how much you get outside the network. Most of the family is on Verizon.

Right now, I have 700 call minutes and unlimited text but calls between Verizon phones is unlimited. I was wondering how many Sprint to Verizon minutes were allowed. They make it sound like it's unlimited.

Never had Sprint but if it's true they have dead zones within major cities that'd be an automatic dealbreaker for me, regardless of price.

What really irritates me are dead zones on major interstates also....AT&T was horrible for that. I have Verizon now, and it is much better (coverage wise anyway) in the areas that I work.

AT&T and Verizon is who you want to stay with if you want coverage, especially traveling. I would see how Sprints coverage is in the cities where the kids are in. Also if they are on Verizon and you switch to sprint, would you have to buy all new phones?
