Not really, but at the same time...sort of. If you maintain a civic and a cavalier/cobalt the same- guarantee the civic outlasts the other by a long shot.

Been my experience with Japanese cars that they ran great till they would not run at all. No matter how much money I dumped into that Sentra it would not run right. Vaccum something or other. Dealer got tired of trying to find the real problem. Sold it for next too nothing.

Been buying base model Fords since then and all is well.
