    Does this forum have a policy against political topics, or does it not?

    I have plenty to say on the matter, and plenty of amusing jabs at geeks who use phrases like "Big Brother" and "Don't get the chip."

    It does. But I agree with SK that this, in itself, isn't political. I have more of a problem with the fact the second half of it is basically an advertisement.

    But, like I said before, to fully discuss this issue, it would quickly become political. Why not start it in Taboo? Or, if anyone wants to take it that direction, I will move it.

    If the discussion is merely Georgia-Russia, I don't see why it has to go political. Hell, even just talking about Fox News doesn't have to be political...

    I'm just guessing but I assumed the intent of posting this clip was that Fox News' actions were because of a particular political slant moreso than it being about the war.

    Possibly, but I'm not sure if they were singling out Fox or the entire media as the problem. It's pretty much commonplace for the media in general here to paint Russia as the aggressor.
