The Jets have released him. We must pursue him.

One of the better guards in the league. He's aging, but he's 33. He's got a few more years left.

Why? We have decent core, makes no sense to spend the $ when we can bring Kevin back and let a prospect develop. Unless it's on the cheap, don't see the front office spending money on an aging lineman. Goes against the going younger trend the FO has been on of late.

He's not a center, and the Titans already have one of the best offensive lines in the league.

I don't think there's any chance Mawae comes back. That's why this needs to happen.

I still think he'd be worth it as long as he's not too expensive. He would bump Amano to the bench... which would probably be a good thing.

All signs point to him returning from what I've seen. And with Kevin, Harris and Amano on the roster, don't see the need for an expensive vet new to the system coming in. They draft a prospect and develop imo rather than a pricey vet.

Mawae isn't going anywhere.
Faneca is good, no doubt.. But the line is solid and we have other needs.

I figured honestly you might have been thinking partially of how we got Mawae, whom we also got after he was on the Jets, and that's where the center part came from

Yea I thought Faneca was a center for some reason... He's a very solid o-lineman.

I'd love to have him, as long as it's not for huge amounts of money.
