Teams with crap records and teams tend no to get prime time games. Kind of like the Titans in 04 and 05..... when we didn't have any..... you know. Now the Texans have never not had a crap record in their entire history(8-8 wow guys high five!). Please stop counting NFL network games. If Bryant Gumbel called the game it doesn't count. If only ten people watched it doesn't count.

bla bla bla ... a prime time game is a prime time game. However its convenient for your stance (if you even have one here) to come from this angle. Regardless... we have only had ONE NFLN game which was last year btw. I love how yall discredit NFLN too... one even said he didnt like that channel to seem like it is less meaningful somehow. That was funny. Anyway, the rest were on networks including this years Monday night game we have at home. Do you even look anything up before you post?

But you are missing my entire point. You keep talking smack, yet dont really have a whole lot of prime time recent history to back it up. Its about even... so your trash talking is really pointless. Can't believe this discussion has even evolved into this.

Tell your own Titan fan not to put his foot in his mouth when trying to cut the Texans down and I wont have to put him and your team in its place on this issue. Job done. Im out.

We are a small market team. Nobody expects us to have more than a couple primetime games a year. Your team is from one of the largest cities in the country! (even if half of Houston's population is made up of homeless and bums displaced by hurricanes) It is a little more than sad no one cares about them. Hey but at least you don't get home games blacked out like that team in Jacksonville. Turns out people in Houston care about the team... to bad no one else does.

Well we did have 2 Monday Night Football games (primetime) and our last regular season game was a Sunday night game against the Colts, called by Madden and Michaels (how can you forget the game where Chris Henry got jacked up) which I would definitely consider primetime.

Compare those to what your 1 game on NFL Network? Which shouldn't be considered primetime national television..Oh and this coming season you finally get a Monday Night Football game! It only took like what, 5 or 6 years?

Was that really a shot at Houston for opening its arms to displaced victims of Hurricane Katrina?? Classy. There were a lot of hard working people that lost everything. Btw... Houston is BOOMING right now, those that stayed have assimilated... and most others have already gone back. Your image of Houston is waaaay off.

Oh and Jacksonville is has like the 49th ranked TV market and has 3 prime time games this year so I am not sure what point you were trying to make.

The Texans are the 4th most valuable franchise in the NFL behind the Patriots. They were at 225 million in revenues last I checked. Fan support is still there despite stumbling badly out of the gates as a franchise...which says alot. Not to mention for us to get these prime time games while not really posting any winning records should tell you that once we do start consistently winning... we should have no problem getting even more. Again, not sure what your point was. This topic is bored anyway.

Fair enough. I actually will admit being a Texans fan while sucking so much so early has definitely put me on the defensive more than I would like.

I guess sarcasm is hard to show with a keyboard..... maybe this will help:sarcasm:. Ugh! every time I run into you on one of these boards you are just so... umm uptight. Lighten up Texxan. Why so Serious? No really I had to a connecting flight to London in Houston a couple of weeks ago. I had five bums ask me for money before I even made it to my next gate.

The point is nobody cares about the team. Home games get blacked out and they can't sell out their games yet they get put on national T.V. Networks think maybe the rest of the country will enjoy watching them play. Maybe the have the opposite problem of the Texans? I think not.
