Pacman fate has bearing on Titans draft

I know Titans fans are uninterested in discussing Jones anymore. But should he get suspended it will have a direct bearing on Tennessee's 2009 draft.
The Titans got a fourth rounder for Jones from Dallas, a pick used on Cal wide receiver Lavelle Hawkins.
But there were stipulations in the trade concerning a second pick.
If Jones is available or on IR for all 16 games this year, the Titans get a sixth-rounder from Dallas.
If he's suspended again, Dallas gets a fifth-rounder from Tennessee.
Jeff Fisher was asked about Jones after practice today and indicated it doesn't concern his team. Reminded it could affect the team's draft, he still didn't bite.
