What are some smaller to not so big name actors/actresses that have really impressed you and you believe will eventually become stars.

I'll start with Anthony Mackie aka "Papa Doc" lol, apparently he's really shined in The Hurt Locker though I haven't seen it. He really got my attention in We Are Marshall -

I don't know if I can still plug Tom Hardy's name since he's beginning to be in every film made now, but I called him to be huge a few years back. Haven't found a new one yet to hype.

And he was in another trailer the other day. Took me a second to even recognize him. (typical) Actually recognized his voice first.

Now if he'd just get something other than tough-guy roles to show his skill...

This dude used to do some pretty crummy stuff as a child actor, but as an adult he's like a cooler Tobey Maguire, and Tobey has taken off somehow, so I expect to see Gosling a lot more in the future. This is the dude from Remember the Titans, and Ides of March.

The actor that has really impressed me recently is Michael B. Jordan of "The Wire", "Friday Night Lights", and "Parenthood." The kid has some real skill.

    After thinking, a couple more:

    Jeremy Renner-

Probably the best young guy doing it. He was in The Hurt Locker which had Anthony Mackie (Geronimo's mention)- both are great.

^haha him being scarecrow back in 1990. That's crazy... gives me hope though.

Yeah, I like this kid too. Speaking of FNL, I think Kyle Chandler (Coach Taylor) is also a rising star, he beasted every scene in FNL.

I like Ryan Gosling too but I wouldn't say he's small name, he became pretty big after The Notebook lol.
