In 2002 everyone laughed at ms cause the xbox only supported broadband while ps2 had dial up support.
Always on is no big deal. My 360 has been hooked to the internet now for 6 years or so.
Wrong (as usual), PS2 had broadband support. It's not possible to play online with dial-up.
As for always on, it's a huge deal. Live went down the other week, if this happened with always on, no one would be able to play a game.
There most recent statements are all about how important integration to social media and tv services is. They are talking about trying to replace the cable box with an xbox.
I think they are f'n up big time. They are neglecting the "gamer" segment. Seems like a huge mistake.
You guys thought I was joking when I called him Down Syndrome Player......
I don't think I'd ever trust my game console as a media center. I'd much rather use a PC or something specifically designed for it.
