    We are such a jaded fan base. We have a HC that actually produced a winning team yet we can't wait to ditch him.

    Put me on the side of stability. I'm gonna keep giving him the benefit of the doubt until he produces consecutive losing teams or an unbelievably abismal year.

    That was a joke.

    This thread is just a history reminder. I read and hear a lot of optimism going into this season. Much of it warranted but I remain skeptical. I think the AFCsouth is up for grabs this season. Think Colts have worst chance but feel our chances are equal with Texans and Jags. Will be a good season to see if we can take advantage and the next step for a change.

    What? He won a SB over the team he built and stupid Callahan used the "NFL coaches for dummies" book.
    I hate that argument that Gruden gets no credit for TB winning the SB because that was "dungy's team" except that if he weren't traded from Oakland, there's a real good chance he wins a SB with "his" team.
