Old Oiler fan here, since '79. So I'm happy, but I want a superbowl topper. I want to pound Indy in the wild card game, the Ravens in the Semi's, Pittsburgh in the AFC Championship, and Dallas in the superbowl. That is my dream playoff for 2010.

Don't bother. You're speaking to one of those fans that didn't support the team, but got pissy when they left. Now he supports the worst franchise in professional sports (at least the lions have had winning seasons).

Thats what I was asking... and I can understand why you are still a fan. If you still lived in Houston and still rooted for the Titans, then thats a different story. But dont give me that pride nonsense when you were simply just a SUCKER in the rest of our eyes for supporting a team that was abandoning our home city.

And Gloat... you have no clue what type of fan I was. I guess you are saying if your team left your home city, you would follow it to Canada if you had to??

Oiler throwbacks against the Texans, that should be on MNF. For real too. That is a throwdown.

Once again, meh(shrug). It's nice, I'd be proud that I was in an established place with a nice long history, but it still doesn't mean as much to me as the time I'm involved in it.

I'm not saying I'm against it, or that I don't think that we should wear the patch or acknowledge the history. I'm just saying that I don't connect with that history at the same level as the Titans history that I've directly observed and felt a part of. It means more to me that I've been following the team for a decade than that the team has existed in one form or another for five.
