The problem lies in their managment who i always picture as short fat Colonel Sander look-alikes, gathered around a round table, wearing tall boots and a cowboy hat, some chewing tabacaah, while others puffing on cigars and playing poker while yelling out players' names to a tall skinny clean-cut guy wearing tiny spectacles attached to a string neatly curled around his neck noting odds on a blackboard of which member of managment correctly guesses which underated college players might someday have some influence in the league...

i've always imagined the texans' big board during the draft as a dart board. they just throw a dart and pick whoever's face it lands on.

So if I said I picture the Titans FO as a bunch of hill billies, drinking moonshine and watching Neckcar looking to Texas for a savior, I would be just as on target as your post.

except that you would have failed to mention that our moonshine drinking, Neckcar watching bunch of hillbies FO have been more successful in putting together a team which has won more games in only two season (2002 + 2003 = 23 wins) than the 22 wins the Texans' have compiled in the entire five seasons they have become a football team..
