3rd Party CJ Evaluation

    Seeing those cut backs isn't as easy as it looks. However, the Titans should run some counter plays either handing it to the FB going the opposite way once in a while or by design having CJ cut back.

    That is right it's not as easy as it looks... in fact, it takes a player with a special skill set to be able to pull those off regularly... CJ told us he is that guy and a few years ago he was indeed that guy... He is paid to figure out a way to see these holes. The fact is that with that huge contract comes huge responsibility. I would simply like to see more of a sense of urgency to his running style... I want to see him fight to win. It's just not there right now. Even the apologists have to see that... I'm hoping the criticism lights a fire under him because he is just simply behaving like he is paid and it doesnt matter. I know he has more pride than that... if they can get him back on track the Titans are immediately a seriously dangerous team.

    Chillax its only 3 games. Eventually CJ will get 100 yards, probably will reach that with his 2nd or 3rd carry against the stains.

    Broncos Run D is like wet tissue paper and we could not even run through that. Our run game is the worst it's ever been.:hmm:

    and that safety was 10-15 yards away. They may have stacked the box, but that is a bad example for the writer to use. (I couldn't see the game Sun, I had to do a wedding.)

    Of course he's going to come down and attack when he sees the handoff.

    Well I certainly don't recall a worse running game for this franchise (even during the run and shoot days)...BUT

    Broncos run D is much improved this year.. (14th)

    Jax is 5th and Baltimore 6th.

    So they have seen some very good to solid run defenses (although it could be argued that all of their numbers are inflated from playing the Titans).

    Cleveland is 29th in the land... if not this week then it may be never.

    I think the writer is pointing out a blitz coming in from the right. This is 2nd-and-10 and a passing down probably a high percentage of the time. The other safety is seven yards in from photo one to photo two which tells me he's keying the run and not concerned with play-action. Everyone on the DL is on the Titans side of the LOS.
