How sweet would it be to trade a 2012 2nd and our 3rd this year, draft Bowers/Ayers. Then Paea falls to us.

Locker, Bowers, Paea all in the same draft... wowzers.

I agree with this but would add that there is a significant difference in the intangibles of Paea and Austin. Paea gets high marks for his motor and work ethic and Austin just the opposite.

MM mentioned the culture change issue again yesterday, that's why I think Paea would be the pick.

Jabaal Sheard the DE from Pitt should also be in the converstation, IMO.

That would be sa-weet! Even if we just stay where we're at we should walk away with a solid pick here. That first round sure did have quite a few head-scratchers.

Wisneiwski or some other interior OL.

I also like Austin, Bruce Carter, and Randall Cobb

Oh, and Brooks Reed is still on the board, right? He'd be a nice pick to put opposite Morgan. Sheard is still out there too. I think there's still plenty of nice defensive talent. Glad we grabbed our QB yesterday.

I could easily see Wisneiski or Hudson as the pick. Give your new young QB a young center to grow with.

I doubt we go Sheard with his past off the field issues.

I think Munchak is going to send a message about what type of player he wants hard working, smart, and dedicated to the game. That is why I could see Kyle Rudolph as the pick.

But none of them will make up for the debacle that is the Jake Locker pick.

    Bowers or Paea.

Although I am scared about Bowers now that he fell so far on draft day. Maybe the professionals know his knee is permanently shot.
