No, Eddie still can't bring himself to officially hang up the cleats. He's technically retired, though. Makes what Tiki Barber did all the more amazing, doesn't it. A guy at the peak of career calling it quits. A hard thing to do for guys to do, even if they are at the downhill slide of their careers.

No, I just find that video amusing, and he has stuck around a little long, of course fifteen years from now all anyone will remember was when he played well (assuming he's retired at that point :ha: )

 

Give Favre a decent team & he could still out play two thirds of the QB's in the league.

 

I would liek to see EG back..... ESPECIALLY AS THE CONDITIONING COACH!......... We've sucked in the injury department for the last five years..... He could really help out LenBudda

 

i saw ole eddie on the sidelines at the National Championship doing interviews at halftime and stuff for Fox. Looks like his journalism career is coming along nicely.

 

That's actually not a bad idea if we could get him to do it, wasn't he helping with some state-wide fitness initiative?
