I will be thrilled to see the Blackhawks knocked out. I don't love NYR or the Kings, but I'd rather see either of them take the cup than Chicago's drunken, bandwagon fans have something else to brag about. I like the Blackhawks team. I like Toews, Kane, Hossa, Sharp, Seabrook and most of their players. Besides drunken fratboy Kane, they are a very respectable group of players.

But those fans.... empty stadium when things don't go their way, yet they're diehard when they are Cup contenders. Definition of bandwagoners. They are the exact opposite of Cubs fans.

I've been saying that for the longest. Several years ago when they sucked, they were ranked last in league attendance.

All of a sudden, a few females (who I have known for years) are DIEHARD Hawks fans.. Posting on facebook daily, their gloating or frustrations with "their" team..
Where were ya a few years ago, ladies?

They make me pine for having the Red Wings back in division.

I can only imagine how much the word "frustration" varies between Hawks "fans" and Preds fans.

This will be a huge final for the NHL. Two biggest media markets.

Talk about a goaltending matchup for the Stanley Cup Finals....wow.

It's going to be one of the best finals we've seen in years. Buckle up.

I disagree with you. I think the Hawks and Rangers would have been a bigger market draw...nationwide
