Special teams have been a fiasco.The Titans have mishandled punts and punt snaps. They have fumbled kickoffs. They saw a punt go off a blocker’s leg and watched as it was recovered in the end zone for a touchdown.The Titans are 27th in punt return average, 17th in kickoff return average.
