I've watched a few of Mirotics games online. He's something special. I think he'll be a Ryan Anderson w/ slightly better post game. I don't see a Dirk, but anything is possible.

Boozer is 110% gone. I don't think he'll be amnestied, Reinsdorf is too cheap for that. We'll trade him as an expiring this year or over the summer. I've seen rumblings of Ben Gordon for Carlos Boozer.

Melo likes Chicago because of Thibs. One of few teams that could afford him potentially that he'd be willing to play for.

Sorry dude. Love and Westbrook are teaming up again in 2015 in LA due to free agency. We will get a top 5 pick this year and then get those two and Kobe will get his sixth ring in his last year

So what are you going to do in 2014-2015? Suck again. Not with Kobe. You'll go out and splurge on free agents this year, to have a decent team next year. Then won't be able to afford them. Plus, you have no assets to trade (unless they force a trade to LA, very possible).

You're best option, go sign Greg Monroe. Then you can use him as trade bait for Love in the future.

    I just can't see it.

We don't need to trade for anyone. In 2015 both Russ and Love are free agents. Don't re sign Pau and get rid of Nash somehow. And just play next year for what it is. And go big in 2015. If we don't get both of them is because we signed either LeBron or Melo this year. It is just my dream. I can definitely see Love. Who knows about Russ though.

    Joel embiid (sp) - Kevin Love - ? - Kobe - Westbrook

    Or
    ? - Love - Parker/Wiggins - Kobe - Westbrook

Wow my information was extremely wrong. I heard the other day that Russ was a free agent in 2015 and never thought to check that. Well just looked and Westbrook isn't a free agent till 2017! So scratch that idea haha. But Rondo and Kyrie are free agents in 2015

Pau is gone. You're not trading Nash, nobody wants his corpse for $9.7 mil.

So what do you do this summer? Sit on your hands and sign scrubs to 1 year deals, like you did this summer? Holdout for next summer and hope Love doesn't pick up his player option?

Oh I know nobody will trade for Nash. I know the Lakers won't sit on their hands but as a fan looking towards the future after Kobe that's what I would do. If we do that Love would have to know we want him and he wants to come to LA so I don't think he would pick up his option. But again this is just me dreaming. But I do think we have a very good chance of getting Love. Even if we do sign Melo this year

If you signed Melo + Kobes new contract, you instantly don't have the $ to sign Love outright.

Your best option is to pray you get lucky in the draft and flip that pick instantly for K'Love. You have the $$ this off-season.

Yeah true that. The more I think of it the more I don't want Melo. I would love to just wait for Love. But I could easily see that we flip that pick for Love. My dream would be to use the pick and still sign love next summer. Which I do see as a possibility

If i'm LA, i'm signing a big man this off-season. Greg Monroe would be my favorite. When you're draft selection comes up (hope it's lotto). I'm looking at Marcus Smart, Dante Exum, or Tyler Ennis.. pair Kobe, Monroe, & a drafted PG togther... and you have a nice little core going. Then the following year, you can make moves as necessary to sign Kevin Love.
