Agreed. And even fast corners get beat.

    Verner is solid.

If we get a SS who can play right away we'll be in good shape. That is depending on how our QB situation pans out.

I think Chris Hope is just fast enough that if he isn't in the box, he'll be fine in coverage. He's not getting any better tho, so we defiantly need his successor to be in Tennessee by this June. Whether that guys on the roster now or we draft someone, we need a SS we can plug-in the second Hope slips. Because he will slip at some point, and I want us to be ready.

Here's what i'm projecting as of right now. ALOT can change from now to draft time. Red = Win; Black = Loss. This is really best case scenario. Hopefully we add some legit players in the off-seassson.

    Sept. 11 at Jacksonville
    Sept. 18 vs. Baltimore
    Sept. 25 vs. Denver
    Oct. 2 at Cleveland
    Oct. 9 at Pittsburgh
    Oct. 16 Bye
    Oct. 23 vs. Houston
    Oct. 30 vs. Indianapolis
    Nov. 6 vs.Cincinnati
    Nov. 13 at Carolina

    Nov. 20 at Atlanta
    Nov. 27 vs. Tampa Bay
    Dec. 4 at Buffalo
    Dec. 11 New Orleans
    Dec. 18 at Indianapolis
    Dec. 24 vs. Jacksonville
    Jan. 1 at Houston

    7-9.

I wouldn't mind just cutting Hope. He's making 6.5 mil next year, which is quite alot.. Considering Ed Reed will make the same 6.5 mil. I'd be alright with starting Rolle, Johnson, Schommer, or a 2nd-4th round SS. They couldn't be any worse than Hope; and they'll just get better (hopefully).

Oneton, you seriously think 11 wins?

I'm sticking to 3-13. Best case scenario would be 7-9 IMO.

Sadly Chris Hope is the best we have at SS right now. Schommer & Johnson can maybe get good, but Rolle is nothing we should be counting on.

I dont understand the fuss Titans fans are having about no prime time games....We were a terrible team last year and have shown absolutely no signs of improvement.

i think we have a shot at 8-8 if we get some besides KC at quarterback and we make a few moves to bolster our defense in free agency.yeah considering we haven't done well lately i was already expecting us to not get any primetime games.
