You dont draft a WR in the 1st round so he can be 4th on the depth chart. Dont know exactly where he will end up but i think its safe to say hes going to get a significant amount of playing time.

Davis is too low on there, IMO. He may not make the team, but he's at least gotten some positive mentions in the mini camp reviews.

I'm no Kenny Britt fan just yet, but I could be if he shows up on Sundays. It's not that I don't trust he's worth a 1st rounder but who is during July? I wouldn't draft him just for the sake of drafting him. I think we could have moved into the 2nd round and still taken him as well as grab an additional pick (not that we need extra rookies) but in the 2nd round he'd probably be signed by now. And we did lose a pick to grab Cook. Anyways back to the big picture; our depth should go like this: Gage, Washington, Hawkins, Britt, Williams, Jones, and the 7th WR is a thow up. With this being the biggest year for us since 2003 (when McNair did big things) I believe Fisher carries seven wide outs. I'd love to see someone else turn into our No. 1 WR seeing that Gage is no 1st option anywhere but in Tennessee.

We also did not draft A QB in round 1 so he could sit on the bench soaking up our cap space. We also did not draft a DB in round 1 so he could walk in and out of jail. Bulluck was a 1st rounder and rode the bench for two years..... I think it was 2 years.
I don't know what's going to happen to Britt. If he beats out Gage or Washington for a top spot, that would come as a huge surprise to me. He might earn his way up there through the season, but I don't think he'll line up against the Steelers unless it's a rotation thing.

I am not sure jones is a lock. The corner from hawaii may end up returning kicks. Gage, Washington, Britt, Hawkins, jones or davis but not both, and I agree Eddison maybe a real surprise! I also agree with the post about jared cook in 4 wr packages. I think there is more talent on this years wr core than since titans were the oilers. Granted that is no saying much but we are no longer at the bottom of the wr chain.........the jags and ravens are!
