2008 Runningbacks class redraft

Cj and someone will pay that price for him. He is the Mario Williams two years ago.

 

It doesnt help that every team dmac has played on since oak grove high has pretty much never passed the ball and just ran him up the gut over and over and over. He's going to have problems when he gets older.

 

Yeah his college success didnt translate to the pros. Most of his big plays came from misdirection one way or another

He's still fast as ish and quick. Just needs to be used in different ways.


CJ if he goes.

 

CJs vision seems to decline. Either that or bad coaching on which holes to hit.

He seems to hesitate and side-step too much, it seems like he anticipates a hole and then it opens up another place and he gets confused/indecisive.

 

It's the mistrust of his O-line. He needs to trust them more. Since he's not confident the hole will be there he hesitates and sometimes that hesitation causes him to miss holes that are there. I know he's gotten smashed a lot behind that O-line but he needs to get over it because the hole will either be there or it won't. His hesitation will not open anything up and is harming both his play and that of the line. He needs to just hit where the hole is supposed to be with authority no matter what.

 

He did this year. Hence why he rarely got tackled for a loss this season as compared to others. He was eddie george at his finiest this past season without the power obviously.
