Also know as "Nightmare The Bandit"
sadly I totally agree
we all think should get the ball in space - toss sweeps, split wide running outs, statue of Liberty, you know whatever - BUT nobody here knows if all these caveman runs between the T/G are planned or if chooses too turn inside on a schemed outside run.
I repeat NOBODY knows
'blind man rushing'
Nightmare the Bandit!
This thead sucks. I want the $100. I'll take that bet all day.
180 yards in 3 games? C'mon... It's a gimme. I don't expect him to get much against the Cardinals (maybe 50-60), but he should be fine against the Jags and Texans.
I say he ends up around 1200 yards... but I definitely wouldn't make that bet.
CJ has constant 3-4 game stretches where he doesn't even break 100-yards, let alone 180 LOL
Well, he only rushed for 30 yards against the Jags last time (2.5ypc with a long of 6). And you're right, he probably won't do much against the Cards.
No way he ends up with 1200. You honestly think The Playmaker can get 380 yards in the next 3 weeks. Would be damn near half of his total rushing yards through 13 games. LOL... nah, not happenin'.
There is more to this than just calling a toss sweep. Given CJs speed, we would have to get more creative with our blocking to seal the edge down. No defense will be that undisciplined vs CJ to allow him outside otherwise. Blocking scheme would need to seal a DE and /or OLB and get a body on the corner. I dont know if our staff is that creative, even with HOF guys playing a part in it.
they pulled Warmack in front of Greene's left dive last week - it was sweet
