You don't get it. Fisher had developed such a God complex in Nashville that he literally broke team rules by hiring a relative to join the staff and resigning Chuck Cecil without even consulting the front office on those decisions. That and the fact that the team had to a certain degree turned on him over the whole VY saga where he and VY both acted like children. You do realize that Fisher put his personal issues with VY ahead of the team winning right? Everyone that knows anything about football knew that VY was the much better option at QB after the first couple games of 2009, but Fisher refused to play him. Bud stepped in and made him start VY after we were 0-6 and the team went 8-2 the rest of the way. That's putting personal issues ahead of winning. A coach should be fired for that in any instance. Fisher had to go. No doubt about it.

 

Now that would have been stupid.

Are we talking about that guy who is still currently unemployed? Collins should've been benched after 0-4 but after going 13-3 the previous year, its hard to bench him. Either way, I blame that debacle on VY. I would have it out for a guy that didn't want to work hard too. Not to mention, he didn't draft the guy.

What part of 0-6 with Collins and 8-2 with Vy in the same season don't you understand. I don't know what level VY plays at right now, but in 2009, it was pretty obvious he was superior to Kerry Collins.

 

Best not to take a non-Titan fan's opinion on this matter too seriously. Only those of us who had to watch him game after game realized just how terrible Carrie Kollins was.

Probably my favorite Carrie Kollins moment was when he got stripped by Casper the Friendly Ghost. Can't remember exactly which game it was though. Oh, and then there was the time he played almost a full 4 quarters and only managed 2 completions for NEGATIVE yardage.

 

You're making Colts fans look stupid. That's not hard to do but you're making it even worse. We had two average QB's for a few years there but Collins was not always better.
