Let's give Locker his props..

Shows you what a strong work ethic can accomplish. Kinda sad that never clicked for the one we do not speak of.

 

I thought he did a great job and as much as I have hated the play calling until today I thought it was perfect for the team we played and for not having a run game. A lot of quick passes helps locker not have to think to much about where he's going with the ball and it spread them out enough that he got to crank off some good runs. Short of the run game I was happy with the offense today all around.

Hats off to this guy! Coaches put him in terrible positions and he just made plays. Great game and effort by locker but palmer is terrible! And Gray is worse!

I thought he looked great today, His leadership is second to none... Get a running back that can catch passes, and a little better blocking on the line. Jake is going to be great!!!

I was just saying how his accuracy issues concerned me and then he comes out and has a great game like this with a QB rating of 113, 70% completion ratio and 378 yards! Great game, he didn't get flustered and lead the team like an old pro. With his work ethic I thing he'll continue to get better and it would seem his accuracy IS correctable and should continue to get better and better as he gets more experience! I know it's still early but it looks like we might finally have that all elusive franchise QB!

 

Jake Locker is arguably the most talented QB in this league with his rocket arm and great mobility so it's no surprise to me that he's starting to put some numbers up. If he can continue to throw short passes with touch and read defenses then the sky is the limit as long as the playcalling doesnt suck and run Chris Johnson for negative yards

 

Jake does not lack confidence unlike the quarterback that does that superman crap while losing then pouts after 3 ints.
