CJ: The highest paid scrub in the NFL

That's where we disagree, what I know for sure is that CJ hasn't done crap in the last 26 games and I've been saying this since before last year, so I believe it's easier to replace a POS RB than 5 of the best pass protecting offensive linemen.

I don't think we should just give up on cj just yet. I mean it was just week one and the oline didn't run block well at all today, NE front 7 shut them down.

 

That's really a best case scenario. This is still an inexperienced team. LOTS of new parts to our team, very few teams with so many adjustments take off week-1. New QB, FB, TE, WR, LG, RG, and C. That's over half our offense thats new to their position. It takes time to learn each other and come together.

If we could get going in a few weeks thats would be great. But to finish good enough for the playoffs we'll need to sneak some wins in before October.

 

Wow, 2 sacks against a Defense that didn't respect our scat back of a RB, good argument. You can blame Jake for not stepping up and holding onto the ball too. Is it ok to fumble every time you get sacked?

 

The move that kid put on ROOS on that play was insane!!

 

And most everyone here wanted him in April, so best to just get over it.

 

Roos is a shell of himself anymore. He's terrible.

The pats D kicked our Offenses butt! There were no holes for CJ to run through. Heck, most of the game, the pats were in our backfield before the runner even got going. Pitiful game. We need to upgrade our offensive line for sure. Will see what happens next week in SD.
