I went for Mike Wallace too, but he didn't accept my offer. Weak sauce.

However, I drafted a 3rd round WR 'Washington Spikes'. I thought his name was cool, which is one of the main reasons I drafted him. Turned out to be a stud, he's 6'5.. has 90 speed, 97 jumping, 83 catching, 90 spec catch, 92 acceleration, biggest negative is 40 awareness. However, awareness is like the easiest thing to improve... after one year I should be able to get that awareness from 40 to like 75 and he'll be much much better. My 2nd round G ended up being a bust, he's only 69 overall. My #1 pick was Roland Sharpe (OLB), and is a 79 overall. I'm happy with him, he's got Willis like speed: 88 speed, 92 acceleration, 83 tackling, 90 hit power.. his zone and man coverage are terrible though. He's a solid Spoon replacement though.

Through 3 games -
Washington Spikes: 15 catches, 201 yards, 2 TDs
Roland Sharpe: 19 tackles, 1 sack, 2 TFL

Not bad. I use Spikes as my #2 WR (traded Washington), and kept KW in the slot.

 

Oh, and I took the #1 FB projected in the 7th. He turned out to be a STUD.

Carl Christmas.. he' 6'1 240 from SE OK ST (same as Dennis Rodman!). Came in as a 79 overall (and was a 7th rounder!). 78 speed, 87 acceleration, 73 agility, 90 trucking, 78 RunBlock, 59 PassBlock, 80 strength. Not bad. His pass block sucks, but i mostly use a FB in running situations only. If I improve his Pass Blocking he could be one of the BEST FBs in the NFL!

I use him in goalline and short situations, through 3 games.. he has 7 carries, 24 yards, 2 TDs.

 

I have Britt at 90 & KW at 85. Plus, Cooks a 88. I'll be ok.
