No surprise arch-conservative Bills cut VYoung. I still believe he can win games as a starting QB, his way. Just hope somebody else believe.
Vince Young played greatest national title game ever. Offensive RofYr. 31-19 as starter. Sensational at NYGiants last yr. CAN PLAY!
Can't defend VY's meltdown in Tenn, strip-club incident, financial prob. But JFisher never wanted/supported him. Needs 1 coach who does.
Mack Brown once told me Vince Young is the greatest leader Mack has ever been around, and he's been around a long time.

Yea. I got a feeling we gonna give Brady HELL. The Giants and Tom Coughflin put out the blueprint on how to defeat the Pats (neutralize Brady.) Or just nock the snot out of him.

I was relieved the night it was announced Vince was being released from the Titans. He was a team cancer from the very beginning. But, no one seemed to notice his first year all of the bad habits and baggage he carried.

His sense of entitlement reared it's head early in his first camp when he violated curfew before a preseason game. He typically refused to stay after practice, like most QB'S should, and do, to watch film and learn from his coaches. He talked about being a leader but never walked the walk.

He showed up his receivers in games by pointing his fingers at them after in-completions, as if they ran the wrong route. He whined and complained about petty things.

He physically attacked a teammate, he missed the team flight to Philly over a spat with Fisher. He talked about quitting after his rookie season:
"It wasn't fun anymore All of the excitement was gone"

After his first season, what he did instead of quitting, was go party in Austin in that off season rather than stay in Nashville and learn the playbook. He was interviewed on 60 minutes when he famously said 'Can't nobody tell me nothing"

Those who blame Fisher are part of the problem Vince had his entire life of being enabled and excused because of his awesome but unfulfilled physical talent.

That was all in his first year, it's a shame we had to endure 4 more years of his Bull and poor play. What a wasted era for the Titans, one in which we squandered the possession of one of the best defenses in the league over a 3-4 year period. What might have been will always be a question for this franchise.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Eagles come calling again with Vick's inability to stay healthy. Even though their future is very bright with Nick Foles, guy looks very very good!!

If I were Keith Bulluck, I'd have had Young's brains blown out - what a freakin' waste of protoplasm.
