    This one especially.

Because it's an off-balance workout. So if you do it any other pace but slow- you're going to damage something.

But sure. Keep going... get your cardio through kb. lol

You'll be one of the people in the class action lawsuit in the future wanting money.

Haha, you really don't listen to what other people are saying during an arguement do you? Oh well, if you are just going to keep ignoring what I am saying, then I guess there is no point to continue.

KB, like every other workout of all time, gets your heart rate up.

KB is not, however, a cardio workout. Cardio isn't the emphasis.

This shouldn't be a hard concept.

PS. Bench press will get your HR up if you go at a fast pace, which I recommend

WTH is the "off" balance workout garbage you keep spewing? I'm an athletic trainer you are clueless but please keep acting your well versed in KB training or any type of training for that matter. I know your internet persona would take a huge hit if you backed down and admitted for a second your wrong.

And if you really really want an intense workout, do it with a midget on your back and a dog behind you. F Eugene Amano and kettlebells

You wouldn't be the first nor last athletic trainer leading people the wrong direction, would you?

It's simple. Kettle bell is an unorthodox workout to work muscle that your body isn't typically accustomed to using. See... this was the stance the FIRST athletic trainers used when it was introduced to athletic training. :) Surely you know that though, Mr Athletic trainer. Right?

It wasn't implemented to get people ripped. And it wont. It's a strength exercise.
Which is why I say I don't understand normal people doing it. I don't get anyone that trains to be strong. What's the point?

@Titan43 - I get that it has some cardio benefit, just like every other possible workout does. But if you're looking at it as a major benefactor, you're looking at it wrong. And if you're treating it with cardio expectations, you're probably doing it wrong also.
